How an American chef became an Israeli winemaker

 

There aren’t many people who understand Israeli wine better than Lewis Pasco. Born in America, he started out as a chef in the San Francisco Bay Area. He then came to Israel and became one of our most respected and prolific winemakers. After some time back in California, Lewis has returned to Israel and is making his own label – The Lewis Pasco Project.

Host David Rhodes sits down with Lewis in the TLV1 studio to hear about his unique journey, and to get his perspective on Israeli wines.
