What’s on in Tel Aviv – Wednesday July 9

  • Tzlil Meudcan Project will be showcased tonight at TelĀ Aviv’s Felicja Blumenthal music center. Students from the Musrara Art School’s department of new music and sound present their latest works alongside experimental performances explored over theĀ past year. Doors open: 7pm. Admission free.
  • The big winner of this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, Zero Motivation, will be screening tonight with English subtitled at Lev cinema in Tel Aviv.Ā Directed by Talia Lavie, this film tellsĀ theĀ lackluster story of female soldiers in the Israeli army.
  • The Batsheva Dance company performs Ohad Naharin’s work ‘MAX tonight at Tel Aviv’s Susan DellalĀ center. The 10-dancer piece, composed in 2007, is re-stagedĀ for the company’s 50th anniversary. Doors open: 9pm. Tickets: 150NIS
