As an socio anthropologist at the Ecole des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris ( now I m retired,) I found a lot of similarities with the jews in France . I wrote a book on fragmentation of jewish institions in one hand and another on the increased movment of the Lubavitchers.
