Host Gilad Halpern is joined by Prof. Sharon Megdal, director of the Water Resources Research Center at the University of Arizona, US. She visited Israel for the ‘Drylands, Deserts and Desertification Conference’ at Ben-Gurion University.

Megdal discusses how limited water resources should be managed in arid areas like Israel and Arizona, and what she has learned from – as well as taught – her Israeli colleagues.
