Ronit Rosenthal and Tamar Verete-Zehavi recently published a children’s book, Mulu and Tsagai, based on the stories they heard while teaching Eritrean and Sudanese refugees. Rosenthal explains how the book helps Israeli kids to think differently about asylum-seekers, and to understand why they left their homelands.
