I love the streetwise Hebrew podcast I will be in Tel Aviv and have the morning free Sharbot April 28 and Sunday, April 29. Do you happen to have a street tour either of those mornings ? I received the Jerusalem Post ivrit and saw your article.

Dear Guy,
I was just in Israel and found myself in the unusual circumstance of asking the car driver to raise the volume. I said אפשר להגביהה את הווליום, as opposed to להגביר – is this incorrect/archaic or just plain wrong usage?
Sha-lom!
Matti
