How do we say the words contagious and infect in Hebrew, and how are they related to the Hebrew word for glue?

Lihyot davuk le-mishehu – To be stuck to someone’s back – להיות דבוק למישהו

Dai lehidabek elai – Stop sticking to my back – די להידבק אליי
